Shipping Policy

We ship our products throughout the Netherlands and the European Union (EU). If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us directly to inquire about potential shipping options.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order. These costs will be calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

The Netherlands: €5
EU Countries: €10-20
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over €200 for selected countries. Details will be available at checkout.


3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU Countries: 3–7 business days
Processing times for all orders are 1–2 business days. Orders placed before [time, e.g., 12:00 PM CET] on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers, including DHL, to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your order.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for additional customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

7. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Refund Policy


1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
Under Dutch and EU law, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at Brodrestudio@outlook.com

The cancellation period starts the day after you receive your product.
You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.


2. Return Process
Notification: To initiate a return, please contact us via Brodrestudio@outlook.com, stating your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is returned safely.
Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. If the product is not returned in its original condition, you may be held responsible for any reduction in value.


3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

Custom-made or personalized items.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.


4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask for photos of the damage. Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Refund of Shipping Costs
If you cancel your purchase within the withdrawal period, we will refund the total purchase amount, including the initial standard shipping costs (if applicable). However, we will not refund the additional costs if you chose a premium shipping option.
