2.2. All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives where possible.
2.3. Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors and details will be exactly the same as the actual product.

3. Pricing
3.1. All prices are inclusive of Dutch VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added during the checkout process based on the delivery address and the weight of the package.
3.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a price is incorrect due to a technical or administrative error, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed with or cancel the order.

4. Payment

6.4. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
6.5. If the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund.

7.1. All our products come with a standard 2-year warranty under EU law, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
7.2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
